  • Small group training combines Expert coaching, community and affordability. Unlike fitness classes, it’s tailored specifically to your goals, with focused guidance to ensure proper form and progress.

    You’ll train alongside like-minded people, creating a supportive environment where everyone motivates each other to succeed.

  • The 6 week group training program will Include multiple training sessions per week all programmed and tracked through my app.

    You will also gain access to weekly webinars and resources to help educate you and keep you accountable every step of the way and succeed beyond the program.  

  • Not at all! This program is designed to cater for ALL levels of Fitness, everyone will be there to support each other throughout the duration of the program. 

    You’ll follow a hybrid approach that combines resistance training and conditioning. Resistance training is key for building strength, toning muscles, and improving your physical appearance.

    Conditioning focuses on improving your fitness, endurance, and overall energy levels. This not only enhances your performance but also supports heart health and fat loss.

    Together, these two approaches create a balanced program that helps you look and feel your best while improving your overall health and fitness. Every workout is tailored to your goals, ensuring you get the most out of your training.

  • You DO NOT require a gym membership to join this program. All sessions will take place at Everlast Fitness club, Filton, BS35 8SP.

    You will also not need any home gym equipment.

    If you do have a gym membership or any gym equipment at home that is a bonus but not a necessity!
